• Free Cancellation: You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled departure time for a 100% full refund.

• Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Because this is an exclusive VIP capacity boat, cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure, or no-shows at the port, will not be refunded. 

• Weather Guarantee: The Canarian sunshine is reliable, but the Atlantic Ocean makes the final call! If our captain has to cancel the trip due to unsafe sea conditions, you will automatically be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule for another beautiful day.
