Free Cancellation: You can cancel or change your booking completely free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pre-party time for a 100% full refund.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Because Utopia sells out weeks in advance, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event, or no-shows at the pre-party, will not be refunded.
Weather Guarantee: The Canarian sunshine is our best friend, but safety comes first! If the captain cancels the sailing due to unsafe sea conditions, you will automatically be offered a full refund or a ticket for the next available boat party.
